Continuing our commitment to excellence in service, Furama Resort is opening a new restaurant mid February, “Don Cipriani’s”. Don Cipriani’s will be a Trattoria style restaurant with the choice of either air-conditioned comfort or “al-fresco” poolside dining.
Bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience, our Italian Head Chef, Claudio Mendini, will present traditional, regional Italian cuisine with a modern twist. Cuisine that utilizes fresh, local ingredients to create regionally inspired food with bold flavors, which is artistically presented in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.A special preview of our Italian a-la-carte menu is currently available for guests in our signature restaurant, Café Indochine.
