New Executive Head Chef welcomed for grand opening of Don Cipriani’s

Furama Resort Danang would like to welcome our new Executive Head Chef, Stephan Oppenhagen.
With 18-year experience in international hotels, restaurant schools and well-known restaurants in Denmark, Thailand, China and UK, Chef Stephan is fluent with both modern and classic international cuisine. Having a passion for Asian and European dishes of 5-star international standards, expertise in food and beverage management and all aspects of kitchen operations, he also has an innate appetite for new, professional ‘know how’ with new inspirations with awards such as Conde Nast Travel prestigious accolade for food, Gold Medal at the Danish Chefs Championships, Bronze Medal at the Scandinavian Chefs Championship and precious experience in the Danish Royal Family kitchen.
The presence of Chef Stephan will add the final touch to the grand opening of Don Cipriani’s late this May at the Furama Resort Danang. Don Cipriani’s is the ideal setting for “al fresco“ pool-side dining or in air conditioned comfort, serving traditional Italian cuisine with flare and with an intriguing slant, using only the very best of local and imported ingredients.
