Grand opening of the new Italian restaurant – Don Cipriani’s

After the period of construction and interior decoration, the new Italian restaurant – Don Cipriani’s at the Furama Resort Danang will be opened for guests and visitors in early June.
Designed with the very stylish interior theme of a Trattoria, guests can relax in a spectacular space - the ideal setting for “al fresco” pool-side dining or in air conditioned comfort. Don Cipriani’s will serve traditional Italian cuisine with flare and an intriguing slant, using only the very best of local and imported ingredients.
Our new Danish Executive Chef, Stephan Oppenhagen who will oversee the operation with our new Italian Head Chef has 18 years experience in international hotels, restaurant schools and well-known restaurants in Denmark, Thailand, China and the UK.
