Da Nang Beach BBQ

This stunning barbecue party under the starry skies of Da Nang Beach, invites guests to have fun, drink, dance and gather around a fantastic live charcoal barbecue – arguable the best in whole Asia! The pine trees on a private section of the beach lit by lots of tiffany lights and indirect spotlights will give the venue the most romantic and casual atmosphere. Huge petrol torches are placed around the round tables of 10 persons each with fresh flower arrangements. Guests will be pampered by an extensive salad bar buffet, a hot soup station with home-made breads, grilled stations with freshest seafood, fish and meat selection on display and all cooked in front of guests, a garnish and French dessert buffet to complete this fantastic set up.

INDOCHINE NIGHT

The Indochine Night provides a nostalgic return to a bygone era. This elegant soiree recreates the French colonial period, Vietnamese gala dinner served buffet-style with a lot of show cooking and a traditional Vietnamese music orchestra serenade diners with beautiful dances and songs at Ocean Room and Ocean Room Terrace. Round tables of 10 persons each will be set up with white silk sauvage table cloths and white chair covers, exquisitely decorated with tropical fruits, Chams stone sculptures, white candles, fine chinaware and white roses centre piece. The venue is completely transformed into a theatre like setting with Persian carpets, white sofas with hand embroidered cushions, low tables with oil lamps and exotic fruit display, French newspapers, gold fishes in aquarium, a dozen of multi-coloured birds in hanging bamboo bird cages and lots of hanged silk lanterns together with hundreds of candles. Guests will be greeted by hostesses dressed in red and gold silk Ao Dai and. An exquisite elaborate Vietnam cultural show including traditional orchestra will make the evening very entertaining.

RED DINNER NIGHT

The ball room will be decorated in red colour to make every body excited. The light is dimmed, the dining table will be lighted with red candles. Chair cover is red, top table cloth is red on the white table cloth. Flowers are either red roses ( should be blossom). The napkins are white. Glasses are transparent not blue Raw Silk curtains which to be hang from the ceiling will make the party more cosy. Set up: Dance floor is arranged in the middle surrounded with dining tables of 6-8 persons each. Diners are facing the dance floor. Uniform: Diners ladies wearing fashion dress with more skirts and sexy shirts. Gentlemen wearing shirts. Casual and in red or white color. Staff female wearing red “ao yem” and male wearing white shirt and red silk belt, button out. The entertainment is hot with exciting music, started with hot dances and finished with group dances by guests Background music from the beginning of the party, when main course is served, the dances start with Cham dance by 5-7 female dancers, the Indian dance by 05 female and two make dancers then Hawaii dance by 5 female and two make dancers. THE PIRATE NIGHT

Really a fantastic experience enjoying this unique feast of the world’s famous “Da Nang Beach”! A fabulous barbecue party centers around fishing boats, wooden crates with rum bottles and a complete exciting pirate show. Guests will be provided with pirate costumes while a talented local band entertains popular music into the early hours.

HAN MARKET

It has reappeared the home village’s images in the old days along with calligraphy, the basful country girl. The Han Market wants to bring the guest of the peasant moment rest which people sometime fall into oblivion because of the industrial life .Really a fantastic experience enjoying the unique specialties of old time Vietnamese market. It creates the atmosphere of countryside market. This fascinating night of entertainment offers guests: The traditional food which are sered with sugercan juice and bamboo instrument performance (T’rung) during the pre-dinner. Typical Vietnamese village fare served on bananas leaves and tera-cotta platters. A show of authentic dance and songs performed by local villagers. Authentic Vietnamese dishes from North to South lead the exploration of the Country This is sure to be a formal and fascinating cultural event. Staff dressed in traditional village costume ( ba ba costume) and barefoot.

SEA GYPSY NIGHT

Guests are guided to the fish men village of the Da Nang Beach where the fish net, the wooden boats displaying different kinds of fruits and bamboo baskets are exquisitely decorated with full of fresh seafood. The venue will be completely transformed into to fanciful Ocean Scenery like with staff wearing fish men dress to serve the guests. Purple/ Black lights fro/ roaming the place and illuminate look. The seafood buffet as features during dinner guests will enjoy live music and Disc Jockey to complete dinner.

THE MYSTICAL CHAM NIGHT

The Mystical Cham Night highlights elements of the ancient Vietnamese civilization in the centre of Vietnam. Guests are guided to the specific nostalgic return with traditional local Cham musicians will play distinctive Cham Music while guests will enjoy a sumptuous buffet with show cooking. Pre dinner cocktails: Upon arrival there will be a 30 -45 minutes open bar session to enjoy a cocktail with variety of canapés including in the package (Drinks will be charged as per consumption) while enjoying a 8 member traditional Cham Drum spectacle. Guests will be greeting by service staff in Cham silk and Cham status.

THE MYSTICAL DANANG NIGHT

This evening highlights elements of the ancient Vietnamese civilization. During the aperitif there will be a drum performance with opera soldiers standing in the front of the function room. Local musicians play distinctive music while guests enjoy a sumptuous buffet-style show cooking dinner. Guests can gather for a pre-dinner cocktails with open bar session (drinks are charged separately) while enjoy a six member drum spectacle. A magnificent lion dance will be performed by 15 children. The dinner venue itself will be mystic with a spiritual atmosphere, lit by yellow silk lanterns and theatrical guards at different locations dressed in ancient costumes. Spiral incense hanged in the restaurant. Round tables of 10 persons each with ivory colour silk sauvage table cloth and fan shaped napkins, decorated with big oil lamps and yellow flowers arrangement, chair covers are also yellow for this event. The buffet set up on the left and right hand side including market stands with hanging petrol lanterns. The entire Vietnamese dinner will be show cooking, service staff dressed with orange silk while kitchen staff are in traditional costume and typical cone hat. While dinning, guests will be entertained by an eight member Vietnamese Traditional Orchestra:

JAZZ NIGHT

For a joyful Gala dinner, head for the function room where special set up from the table to the location and theme, dressed staff are ready for different activities from dancing to costume and dance contest in between a lavish western set dinner. Welcome cocktails upon arrival with a Furama Special and variety of canapés including in the package (Other drinks will be charged as per consumption) while enjoying a famous Jazz music band with singers with personalized printed menu:

MASQUERADE PARTY

Masquerade, the premier fetish event of the Northeast, is back with their own exotic theme and equipped to provide different styles of play. The ambiance throughout the room is enhanced with scene music and special lighting, delicious homemade buffet style meal that is prepared by the skillful Furama Resort staff with an appetizing assortment of cuisine, both hot and cold. The fare has always been a big success. We would like to keep your energy level up, especially after exhausting hours of play

STEADY READY COOK

The group will be divided into groups, each group will learn and prepare one Vietnamese dish with the help of our Vietnamese cook. The dishes will be tasted and judged by our Executive Chef, Vietnamese Chef and other judges, the winner will be announced. This is a fun and team building activity. Set-up: At the function room with round tables of 10 persons each, buffet tables will be set up as normal, the corners with table for food preparation and decoration, area is enough for 10 persons. The different dishes are chosen by our Executive Chef, food recipes would be prepared by MICE departments and be given to each group members. Dish quality evaluation forms are given to the judges with different scores. Certificates will be prepared for each of members of the No. WINNER group only Each table will be numbered or we can call groups by Asian spices and herbs The names of group as follows: Lemon grass, Cinnamon, Ginger, Tamarind, Chilli, Onion, Garlic, Pepper, Mint, Celery or Coriander Apron with number and the name of the cooking group will be placed on the chair of the guests. One group will assign a Chef who will be provided with a Chef hat.
