From May 2015, the culinary Furama Resort Danang officially launched take-away food program as a reasonable solution for savoring Vietnamese traditional cuisines.

There are seven kinds of Danang specialties which you can bring home: slow simmered beef chunks in soya sauce, pickled pork belly in fish sauce, simmered caramelized prawns, stewed tuna with peppercorn sauce, braised sardines with soya sauce, simmered beef oxtail in red wine sauce, traditional stewed bong fish.

Furama Danang culinary team has particularly picked the ingredients from early seafood market opening at 2 a.m. when all the fishing boats just make a good landfall and bring the freshest seafood of the day.
