The newly opened Danaksara restaurant, nestled in the heart of the fabulous Furama Villas Danang, was officially launched on 10th July 2018.

This latest high-concept restaurant makes the culinary beach resort a gourmet destination for all traditional food culture seekers, with a nostalgic ambience that recalls historical memoirs of the country embraced in the diversified traditional Danang and Central Vietnam' cuisine passed down through generations. We are honoured to be part in preserving our sacred motherland's  history and culinary culture.

In the middle of this idyllic green oasis, boasting spectacular views to our central pool, leaving behind all the hustle and bustle of city life, hardly anyone knows this area was once a Military Base of the United States and part of the Salt Water Airport where US aircrafts took off to bomb North Vietnam during the war.

Christmas Eve’s Concert

Dec 24th, 2012 – More than 400 guests got together around the 10m-height Christmas tree at Furama's lobby to sing and celebrate the popular yearly Christmas tree lighting ceremony. It was a wonderful moment to enjoy, celebrate and be merry for people coming from all over the world. A perfect moment to show love and give a message of peace.

"Christmas Eve at the Furama has long been a tradition for returning international guests as well as local and expatriate families from Danang city. We are therefore always keen to introduce new experiences to our guests, and this year, with the performance of Opera singer Dinh Thien Nhan (Vietnam's Got Talent 2011), the whole resort was filled with warmth and happiness - the true spirit of Chirstmas was everywhere", said Mr. Matthias Wiesmann, General Manager of Furama Resort Danang.

Dressed in white silk and berry head wreaths, the Choir, led by Mrs. Myles from the Philippines, performed traditional carols such as 'Silent Night', 'Away in a Manger', 'We wish you a Merry Christmas', etc to give an extra warm touch to a perfect evening.  The visiting Danang Children's Dance troupe entertained the crowd in harmony with the powerful voice of the Soprano singer Dinh Thien Nhan. Then, to the surprise of everyone and especially the children, Santa Clause made an appearance – arriving in an "old white Beetle", surrounding by snowwhite and the 7 dwarfs, and of course with a full bag of gifts!
