On October 29th 2017, The President of Vietnam Mr. Tran Dai Quang paid a visit to Furama Resort Danang and Ariyana Convention Centre – the hosting venues for major events of APEC Summit 2017.

During the visit, Mr. Tran Dai Quang has surveyed and checked actual facilities at Furama Resort and Ariyana Convention Centre.  The President has also appreciated the meticulous preparations of the Furama team to ensure the success of the APEC Summit.

In October 2017, Furama Resort Danang continued to conduct marine rescue practice and training for 40 life guards in difficult situations of drowning and other dangers in order to prepare for the APEC 2017 Summit. In addition, Furama has upgraded and purchased new equipment for rescue work. Recently, Furama rescue workers have been trained in First aid by experts from Australia to thoroughly prepare for important upcoming events.

FURAMA ATTRACTED TOURISTS TO ITS VICTORY DAY & LABOR DAY EVENT

In celebrating the Victory Day & Labor Day, the culinary team of Furama Resort Danang "wowed" a number of visitors with exceptional culinary experiences.

Firstly, Vietnamese Lunch Buffet featuring regional specialties created by renowned chefs provided guests with a relaxing retreat adorned with cheer. Dishes were prepared "on the spot" including regional spring rolls, 'chilled noodles with sauteed duck and bamboo shoots', 'braised lemongrass and chili beef chunks', Danang seafood hand rolls, etc. Guests had a great chance to enjoy detailed instructions from talented chefs in a Cooking Show and indulge themselves in a full sampling of accomplishments.

Secondly, Vietnam Night Dinner Buffet highlighted over 80 traditional and seafood delights "cooked to your taste" featuring chefs that prepare the dishes in front of the guests at the open kitchen. The Cafe Indochine restaurant introduced a wide range of seafood delicacies such as lobsters, oysters, salmon, copia, etc; for meet lovers there were also a great selection of beef, pork, chicken and vegetables. Furthermore, mouthwatering fares such as Sushi & sashimi station served with different sauces, hot pot station with 2 broth options, Western & Vietnamese desserts station, and 'waff-n-roll' station provided our guests with unforgettable experiences.

Last but not least, the tasty holiday continued with festive cocktails and an Italian wine promotion. Particularly, Hai Van Lounge offered a 50% discount on Signature Cocktails including B52, Marvelous Danang, Margarita, Golden Jungle, Sangria Punch. In addition, a 15% discount on Italian wines was available at Don Cipriani's Italian Restaurant, Café Indochine Restaurant and Steak House "The Fan".
