Notice Period
Written notice is defined as a letter, fax or email. The period of notice is taken from 2:00 p.m. on the proposed day of arrival. Telephone Cancellations will not be recognized.
Booking Confirmation and Guarantee
Bookings received will be CONFIRMED by our reservation department, but NOT GUARANTEED until deposit / prepayment and or credit card payment advise is received.
All bookings will be automatically released if deposit / prepayment and or credit card advise is not received. Booked Rooms but not Guaranteed Rooms will automatically be released 3days/ 72hours prior to normal period arrival, 5days prior to high/peak period arrival.
Deposit and Prepayments
All Reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card deposit or prepayment and or by Bank Transfer
Normal period bookings will require 50% deposit / prepayment of total Room charges for entire booked length of stay.
High / Peak period bookings will require 100% deposit / prepayment of total Room charges for entire booked length of stay.
Non payment of deposit or full prepayment may result in cancellation of the booking. No refund will be given if the reservation is cancelled or amended in any way during the notice period of 100% cancellation charge period
Credit Card Deposit / Prepayment
A valid credit card and payment advise is required in order to guarantee the booking. If a credit card is no available, the reservation will be automatically released unless bank transfer or cash deposit / prepayment is made as per the Cancellation Policy.
Special Requests
Special requests such as connecting room, the location of room will be noted, but cannot be guaranteed regardless of deposit or prepayment. The Resort is committed to accommodating the guest’s room type preferences and requests depending on availability and situation.
ACCOUNT TO COMPANY BOOKINGS
Companies who have valid Credit Facilities with the Resort will be able to book Rooms at the Resort on an Account to Company basis.
To have bookings Guaranteed a “Letter of Confirmation” with all relevant information must be supplied by the Company to the Resort. At such time the Resort will forward a Confirmation of Guaranteed Booking.
Terms and Conditions as per Cancellation Policy outlined will also be applicable in these cases.
